End Control Forklifts
AC stand-up end control forklift trucks are well known in the material handling industry for their great flexibility. These equipment have superior performance features which are somewhat comparable to sit-down electric lift truck units.
These lift truck units are great for warehouse settings that have limited space. The space required to operate these equipment are less than the three-wheel electric forklift truck requirements. These machinery are an excellent choice for applications that require frequent on and off access, because their stand-up design is an exceptional characteristic.
The reach truck is a loading device utilized by various businesses which maintain a storage facility which involves the arrangement of finished products on pallets and materials which are stored or stacked into tall shelving compartments. The reach truck provides safe and easy retrieval of the loaded pallets. It is also an excellent choice for individuals who prefer to store pallets of goods they do not require yet in a way that is both efficient and safe.
The standard reach truck unit is outfitted with an out-rigging mechanism located on the front of the truck. A set of telescoping tines that move down and up are mounted to the out-rigging. The tines also have a hydraulic system which allows the driver to pick up the load and move it over the out-riggers. This particular design not just offers a lot more balance to the whole load, but makes it very easy for the reach truck to maneuver between the storage shelves into narrow aisles.
Once the selected shelf has been identified, the hydraulic blades swing into action and lower the pallet into the shelving unit, helping to slide the load into position. Normally, a reach truck will easily fit into an aisle which is less than 10 feet wide without difficulty, as long as there are no other pallets protruding out from the shelving area.
