Never let anyone on a forklift who isn't correctly trained to operate the forklift. Your business should develop and post in a location that is visible all forklift safety measures.
Workers should have a positive attitude when they go through training, rather than doing it just because they are required to. You as the employer must help workers understand the importance of correct training. Let them realize that they can injure or kill not just themselves, but other people, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to ensure that your staff go through training seriously.
