FM GRU Tower Cranes were established during the year 1920. This family run company, FMgru, is located within the largest industrial location within northern Italy. In the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in building pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, a wide array of presses, forklifts, farming machinery and prefabrication molds.
During the year 1963, the business started crane production. The company eventually invested all of their financial resources and human resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru sells and produces 4 series of high quality tower cranes. These equipments are engineered and designed for a variety of uses and there are available units that could cover all construction requirements.
Several units provide extremely flexible lifting options for companies that are constructing private houses and small buildings. Self-erecting cranes provide 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Other models include topless tower cranes. These cranes have 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are user friendly and really adaptable. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building location.
Saddle-jib tower cranes provide a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. They have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg. There are standard tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are great for any construction or building project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These cranes are particularly designed to work in restricted sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are found in close proximity to each other.
