Yale offers a range of very narrow aisle lift trucks that are specially made for maximum storage density. These very narrow aisle lift trucks are ideally suited for case picking and pallet handling in applicants ranging from 16 feet to 55 feet. Yale features the NTA for high density warehousing which needs maximum throughput. These forklifts are often used to maximize efficiency and improve overall productivity. They work extremely well for places that feature floor to ceiling storage within retail and warehousing spaces.
NTA Productivity Enhancements
AC Motor Technology: The AC Motor Technology provides responsive directional changes, has smooth rapid acceleration and high starting torque.
CANbus Controller: The CANbus controller lessens electrical connections by 25 percent and wiring by 40 percent. This results in enhanced visibility through the mast and enhanced reliability.
Auto Deceleration System: The Auto Deceleration System lessens operator fatigue, helps to improve efficiency and eliminates the need to manually apply the service brake.
Thermal Management System: The Thermal Management System would always monitor the component temperature and adjust forklift performance accordingly. This will allow the lift truck to operate cooler and longer.
Smart-Glide Height Sensing System: This unique system offers step-less speed control technology. This is done by optimizing maximum travel speed at a variety of fork heights. This results in improved acceleration, faster travel speeds and thus, better efficiency overall.
Tri & Quad Form Mast: Both the Quad and Tri mast provide excellent stability while also minimizing deflection.
180 Degree Rotating Turret Head: This rotating turret head enables the operator to service both sides of the aisle easily. This set-up makes the most of storage density.
Electronically Programmable Pantograph: The "double-biting" situation at pick up and deposit stations is eliminated. The variable stroke length is responsible for stopping this time-consuming process.
It is important to remember that each warehouse is different and there is no "typical" one-size fits all solution. Yale has made various forklift changes in order to suit the continually varying needs of its clients as well as their varying tasks. Yale offers a large list of specific truck enhancements to increase the warehouse productivity. These features are offered together with optional and standard forklift features.
Yale offer certain features which are considered "extra's" by other manufacturers. Keeping operators totally comfortable and safe are several of the company's key priorities. Yale knows that if operators are comfortable and safe, their output levels are really enhanced.
